JUNE 2024 HEARTBEAT

MAKING EVENTS COUNT

The days of all-virtual meetings are gone. In-person events are happening regularly and demands to make yours different and better are mounting. Working to make your in-person event unique and useful takes time and new ideas.

We at Heartland Marketing Group have lots of experience pulling events together. One of our strengths is adapting to each audience to meet their needs.

Let us help you facilitate your next event. We can collaborate with you to seamlessly integrate program elements with style and ease.

Our experience means we have many high-quality speaker resources on a variety of subjects we can recommend. Let us help you find the right message and presentation style for your objectives.

A flawless event requires planning, resources, and attention to detail. HMG can work with you to coordinate all the necessary elements so your meeting, trade show, or retreat, comes off without a hitch, giving you the ability to connect with your guests while we work behind the scenes to be sure hospitality, comfort, and convenience are all addressed.

HMG is ready to go to work with you to make your next in-person event a grand success!

UPDATE ON VANCE!

Katie and Derek’s Vance, born April 29, was able to come home from Children’s Hospital in Omaha on May 26 following surgery to address his congenital heart defect. While there will be more surgery in Vance’s future and his medical needs are significant, we celebrate the milestones achieved as he continues to bring joy to his parents and older brothers. We hope you will join us in keeping all of the Ketelsens in your prayers!

WORLD PORK EXPO = REUNION!

World Pork Expo is one of the best events of the year! The team at HMG enjoys attending to not only help our customers have great success with their events and displays but to re-connect with friends in the industry. We hope to see you there, too!

THE END OF AN ERA

When Barb founded HMG’s predecessor company 41 years ago, her first customer was the Holstein (Iowa) Coop Elevator and Assistant Manager Randy Broesder. We continue to do business with Randy today at Farmers Coop Association (Forest City, Iowa). However, this streak will come to an end with Randy’s retirement this July 1. We wish Randy well as he begins a new chapter in his life with a little less stress, a little more free time, and a lot of opportunities.

Congratulations, Randy! It has been our honor to help you tell the stories of the cooperatives you have led!
